MODERN SLAVERY POLICY

This statement outlines Cash Spinners compliance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It serves as their anti-slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. The statement details the measures taken to identify and mitigate any potential risks related to modern slavery, ensuring that no part of the business or its supply chain engages in slavery or human trafficking.

Cash Spinners is dedicated to eradicating slavery and human trafficking in all its operations, as well as ensuring a slavery-free supply chain. Cash Spinners fully supports the government’s objective of eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking.

In addition to employing individuals in the UK, our group maintains relationships with various organizations worldwide as part of our supply chain. Our approach to anti-slavery diligence varies depending on whether we source from UK or overseas suppliers. All suppliers are required to adhere to our sourcing terms and conditions, with additional screening processes implemented when deemed necessary. We expect our suppliers to uphold the highest ethical standards, and any instances of non-compliance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This statement has been approved by the founders of Cash Spinners and will be reviewed and updated annually.
